Could I see some examples of modular puzzles?
We have prepared examples of our puzzles so that you can see them and to prove their quality in the different sections of our website.
-In Downloads, we provide you with an example of how the puzzles are received, both in color and in black and white.
-In Examples, you can see some of our modular puzzles.
-In Our Idea, we have graphically described different ways our puzzles are set up in a newspaper.
-In Advantages, we show you different compositions of full pages of our puzzles.
Do we have to remove the puzzles we currently publish?
No, our idea is that you can insert even just one of our puzzles, thus allowing you to see how easy it turns out to be for the layout editor to fit it into any page. It will also be a good way to test the readers' acceptance of our work.
Will it cost us much to be able to try them?
We have made a huge effort in this regard because we want anyone to be able to test our puzzles at almost no expense. Our objective is for you to convince yourself of the excellence of our products. Get in touch with us and we will get you a quick estimate and, if you send us a PDF of your current puzzles page, we will be able to make you a design estimate.
Can we publish the puzzles whenever we want?
You will be able to publish any puzzle you ask us for just once in one medium. If the medium is a newspaper, we can offer you a welcome packet (30 modules) with which you will be able to offer your readers one puzzle daily for a month, which we consider sufficient to get to know their reception.
If your case is a weekly magazine, with our welcome packet you could offer four puzzles per magazine for 7 weeks, and we are sure that your readers will like putting their abilities to the test with different difficulties of the same puzzle.
How can we give our readers more kinds of puzzles?
At the moment, we have several modules to choose from. They all follow our modular system of design and can easily be combined amongst themselves to form a column, a strip, half-page, or even a full page, but they can also be inserted into your current puzzles page.
It is a modern complement to the classic leisure page, which we have closely studied and know is addictive for your readers.
Why modular?
Our puzzles follow the modular pattern we have explained precisely so that they can easily be placed in your current pages without any layout problems. Our designs are specially planned with this aim.
And what if we need to print some pages in color and others in black and white?
That is no problem. The majority of our modular puzzles are not only planned for publishing in either color or in black and white, but rather we supply you with both versions so you do not have any trouble upon using them in one or another of the two options.
In the event that they are published in color, they are already prepared in CMYK for their administration in the four-color process.
Could we publish the puzzles again in one of our other publications?
Yes, although you must notify us about it. We will give you a new licence at a lower price as long as both publications are from the same editor.
Do we have to publish the modules as they appear in the files you provide us?
We can provide you with both the laid-out module (title, instructions and images) and the individual images with text in a word file so they can be laid out in the way that best suits the publication.
Is it necessary to keep the credits in all of the puzzles?
If there is only one of our puzzles on a page, you must keep the credits that figure in the document or follow the instructions on how they should be shown.
If there is more than one of our puzzles on a page and they are grouped together in the layout, you can indicate the credits with a single logo and copyright.
In short, the objective is to be able to identify the authorship of our puzzles, of those we claim responsibility for, as being protected by Intellectual Property.
Can several puzzles from the same model be published?
Not only is it allowed, it is an excellent option whenever our puzzles have different levels of difficulty. This way, readers who take a liking to them will be grateful. Besides, being modular their placement is made easier.
Are there more puzzle models?
We are constantly creating new puzzles. If you cannot find the type of puzzle you need in the models we present to you, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make you an attractive, personal proposal.
Can you prepare a group of puzzles or even a full laid-out page for us?
You can choose full-pages, half-pages or any composition you need. Consult us about your case and we will study it and prepare a composition ready to print in your newspaper or magazine.
Are the puzzles expensive?
The price-quality relationship of our puzzles is unbeatable. We are in a position to put all of our more than 25 years of experience at your service so that the puzzles you place at your customers' disposition are attractive and addictive.
We have scaled pricing in place depending on the number of modules contracted at a time (puzzle packets) as well as the number of puzzles of each model.
We also study our clients individually and personally so that the puzzles they publish are at the best possible price and also prove to be the most efficient with respect to their readers.
How does the payment system work?
We can study any form of payment convenient for the customer. At the beginning we bill the puzzles when we send them. If the agreement is for six or more months, we will bill the proportional part of the total contract monthly, with a small down payment for the initial layout preparation.
How long does it take you to send us the contracted puzzles?
We give ourselves a period of 48 hours from the moment we receive the order (with prior presentation of layouts for the customer to accept) to the activation of the link to download the package. Both actions can be done through our website, which allows you to know the order's status at all times and how to get the contracted files.
